Shipping policy

Upon order confirmation and payment, we will need 1 to 3 business days to process your order and pack before dispatching them on our next earliest delivery. Note delays during holidays.ย  ย 

To all our local customers, do take note that the weight of items/products is automatically calculated within the system itself. If there is no option available when checking out at the shipping page, means that the total weight of all items in the shopping cart exceeds the given weight limitations. Please do a separate purchase to proceed or contact us to arrange.

Taxes and Duties are the responsibility of the buyer, which depends on the country the items are being shipped to, and the total value of the order. Shipping and mailing insurance is not provided. We are required by law to disclose the total value of the package contents and cannot alter this value. If an order is refused, you are responsible for the shipping expenses and any additional duties, fees, customs, or taxes incurred in shipping.

In the event, the delivery is made and the recipient is not at the address, rescheduling of deliveries are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delivery are only available on working days, from Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm and Sat 9am to 12.30pm, excluding Sundays & Public Holidays.

Local Standard Delivery:
Please note that this is only available for local shipping in Singapore (Home Address only).
Additional Charge might incurred for office, shopping centre address, etc.ย ย 
Delivery is provided by the courier company that is engaged by Living Gems Singapore

Returns, Damages, & Lost Packagesย ย 
- Please contact us immediately atย enquiries.livinggemsg@gmail.com if your package is lost, delayed or arrived damaged. Please attached with photos for arrived damaged case.
- Lost packages: Outline steps for customers (e.g., check neighbors, contact local post office, then email you ).ย ย 
- No returns policy: "all sales are final"ย ย
