+ How do I register an account?

- Click on the log in button shown in the image below at the top right corner of the home page
- Upon entering the ‘Customer Login’ page, click on ‘Create Account’ button
- Fill in your details and click on ‘Create’ button
- Notification of an email sent for account verification is prompt
- Check your email account for the account activation shown below. Be sure to check your spam folder as well. Then click on the 'Activate Your Account' button
- Once your account is activated, you will receive another email notifying you on account activated confirmation as shown below
You are now all set and ready to shop as well as bid in Living Gems Singapore!
+ How do I make a purchase of item/product or do a checkout?
- Click on the 'Shopping Cart' icon on the top right of the page.
Confirm the items/products placed in the shopping cart. Then click on the 'Place Your Order' button to proceed
- In the 'Customer Information' page, choose express checkout via Google Pay or PayPal

- Choose the desire shipping method. Check out our shipping policy for more information on local or international shipping details. Click on 'Continue to payment method'
- Select the desired payment method via credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. Choose between billing address 'Same as shipping address' or 'Use a different billing address' and input the details. Select 'Save my information for a faster checkout' for future checkouts. Click on 'Complete order' button to proceed
+ How do I know if my order has been confirmed?
- Once the 'Complete order' button is hit, it will lead to the 'order completion' page.
- An order confirmation email will be sent. Do check inbox or even spam folder for the email. Email will be sent within 2 hours of confirmation.
- When logged into Living Gems Singapore website, go to 'My Account' page and order history will be shown, in which order confirmation status can be checked.
+ Where can I check the delivery status of my order?
In 'My Account' page, under order history, you can check your order delivery status under 'Fulfillment Status'.
For local customers' orders with 'Local Registered Standard Shipping' option chosen, a tracking number will be provided upon orders mailed and will be updated in the order itself. Status of mail can be tracked in SingPost.
For local customers' orders with 'Local Standard Delivery' option chosen, delivery status will be updated.
For international customers' orders, a tracking number will be provided upon orders mailed and will be updated in the order itself. Status of mail can be tracked in SingPost.
+ What are the shipping rates and policies?

+ My ordered/purchased items and products are damaged, can I do an exchange or refund?
All items and products from Living Gems Singapore are cleansed and checked through thoroughly before mailing and delivery. Living Gems Singapore shall not be liable and will not be held responsible for any damages caused by mailing. Living Gems Singapore do not offer an exchange or refund policy for any products sold.
+ How can I bid for an item or product on auction?
In order to bid for an item or product on auction, an account with Living Gems Singapore must be created. Please refer to the above on how to register an account. Please note that personal details like name, mobile number and email address must be accurate for bidding to be valid. If personal details are found to be of fraud, bidding will be considered as invalid and account with Living Gems Singapore will be suspended. Personal details collected will remain confidential and for delivery and payment usage only. Please refer to our Privacy Policy page. All currencies are in SGD, Singapore Dollars. To change currency, please change via top right corner of Living Gems Singapore website.
+ I have made a bid on an item/product, how do I know if I have won or loss the bid?
Under 'My Account' page, click on the 'View Your Bids' button. All bids on products as well as the status of past and present bids are reflected and shown.
+ I have won a bid of a product on auction. How do I proceed?
An email will be sent to you within 3 hours upon bidding closed if you have won the bid of a product. Click on the "Buy product" button in the email to proceed with payment.
+ It has been more than 3 hours but I still did not receive the email of bid won. What should I do?
You can contact us at our "Contact Us" page to seek for assistance or message us via our Facebook page through Messenger. Alternatively, you can also contact us via Facebook Messenger via the icon on the bottom right of the screen.
+ I do not have an email account. How do I create one?
If you do not have an email account, you can create one through Gmail via gmail.com. Check out the video below on how to create an email account.
