Shipping Policy
Upon order confirmation and payment, we will need 1 to 2 business days to process your order and pack before dispatching them for the next available delivery.
Our assigned courier pick up on Fri Morning.
To all our customers, do take note that the weight of items/products are automatically calculated within the system itself. If there is no option available when checking out at the shipping page, means that the total weight of all items in the shopping cart exceeds the given weight limitations. Please do a separate purchase to proceed or contact us to arrange.
In the event the delivery is made and the recipient is not at the address, rescheduling of deliveries are the responsibility of the recipient.
Delivery are only available on working days, from Mon to Sat excluding Sundays & Public Holidays.
Local Standard Delivery (Door to Door Home Delivery)
- Delivery Charge $8 (SGD) per trip
- Please note that this is only available for local shipping in Singapore
- Delivery is provided by the courier company that is engaged by Living Gems Singapore
- Do check the order history for delivery status updates or contact us via Facebook at Living Gems Singapore to find out
- Total weight for all items purchased should not be over 5kg
** Please contact us if you will like us to hold your items for delayed collection or delivery due to travel plans etc.
** Please note that all bidding price will revert back to Original retail price after Live bidding session has ended.
